I have been through perimenopause and now am fully post-menopause. I have been through the emotional ups and downs, I’ve woken in the middle of night sheets drenched and heart pounding.

I had to change how I eat, the way I workout and when I sleep in order to see the results I was after. It didn’t take much, just a few minor adjustments.
