NOURISH is my signature 1:1 program designed for women navigating cancer—whether you are newly diagnosed, in the midst of treatment, or rebuilding after. This is a space to feel supported, informed, and gently guided as you care for your body in a more intentional, whole-person way.

A cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming, and often, there are gaps in care when it comes to nutrition, lifestyle, and daily support. Inside this program, we focus on what you can do to strengthen your body, support your resilience, and create an environment that promotes healing.

You’ll learn how to hydrate well, balance your blood sugar, and use food as steady fuel for energy and healing.

  • Your body has its own natural detox systems, and they sometimes need a little extra care after treatment. We’ll explore gentle ways to support these pathways—like staying hydrated, encouraging healthy sweating, and using small daily habits to keep things moving smoothly. This isn’t about harsh cleanses or extremes, but about giving your body the support it needs to release what it no longer needs.

  • Stress can take a heavy toll on your energy and healing, which is why unwinding it is such an important part of this process.   • Movement is not about pushing harder—it’s about supporting your body in safe and gentle ways as it regains strength. I’ll help you create routines with supportive exercise that rebuilds energy safely, encourages circulation, and helps you feel more connected to your body again. Together, we’ll find movement that feels good, not forced.

We’ll look at simple, natural ways to help it thrive—like spending time outdoors in sunlight, building habits that restore your energy, and reconnecting with nature. These aren’t complicated or extreme changes, but rather daily rhythms that help you feel stronger over time.

Some days that might mean rest, other days gentle activity, and sometimes it’s just giving yourself permission to enjoy what brings you joy.
