I’m Tina — a holistic health practitioner, personal trainer, and women’s wellness coach specializing in hormone balance and cancer recovery.

But before any of that, I was simply a woman trying to find her way back to herself.

My Turning Point

My journey began long before my cancer diagnosis. Like so many women in midlife, I was experiencing the quiet unraveling that comes with hormonal shifts — fatigue, mood swings, sleepless nights, and a sense that my body and I were no longer on the same team. I tried to “push through,” relying on discipline and willpower from my years in the fitness industry, but deep down I knew something was off.

Then came my cancer diagnosis — a moment that stripped life to its essentials. Treatment was both challenging and deeply clarifying. It forced me to slow down, listen deeply, and rebuild from the inside out.

Healing became less about fixing and more about trusting — trusting my body, my intuition, and the slower rhythms that had once frustrated me.

Today

I’m now cancer-free, post-menopause, and more connected to my body than ever before. My mission is to help women see that healing doesn’t have to be harsh. It can be tender, rooted, and deeply empowering.

Whether you’re rebuilding after treatment, transitioning through menopause, or simply learning to listen again — I’m here to walk beside you.

Did we just become friends? Let’s book some time so I can learn about you.

What Healing Has Taught Me

Recovery taught me that menopause and cancer, while very different experiences, share a powerful truth: both are invitations to transform. Each asks us to let go of who we were and meet who we’re becoming — with gentleness, not force.

Through research, advanced training in integrative and functional health, and my own lived experience, I discovered how nutrition, detox pathways, nervous system repair, and emotional connection can help women heal — from the inside out.

My Approach

My work is grounded in the belief that healing isn’t linear — it’s cyclical, like the seasons and like our hormones. I teach women how to create space for recovery, nourish deeply, and build habits that last.

Through my RESET and NOURISH programs, I guide clients step by step through the same foundations that helped me rebuild: restorative nutrition, toxin elimination, stress release, sleep, gentle movement, and body trust.

This isn’t about quick fixes or fear-based health trends — it’s about aligning your body’s wisdom with modern science, one steady step at a time

What I Believe

“Healing is never a one-size-fits-all.”

“The goal is not just survival - it’s THRIVING.”

“You deserve a plan that feels good to your soul.”

“There’s wisdom in your body, even during illness.”
