Whether you’re navigating hormone imbalances, recovering from a health challenge, or simply feeling disconnected from your energy and vitality—this is a space to rebuild, gently and intentionally.

  • Food can be one of the most powerful ways to support your recovery. Together we’ll focus on simple, nourishing meals that are gentle on your digestion, provide the nutrients your body is craving, and feel comforting rather than restrictive. You’ll learn how to hydrate well, balance your blood sugar, and use food as steady fuel for energy and healing.

  • Your body has its own natural detox systems, and they sometimes need a little extra care after treatment. We’ll explore gentle ways to support these pathways—like staying hydrated, encouraging healthy sweating, and using small daily habits to keep things moving smoothly. This isn’t about harsh cleanses or extremes, but about giving your body the support it needs to release what it no longer needs.

  • Stress can take a heavy toll on your energy and healing, which is why unwinding it is such an important part of this process. I’ll guide you through simple practices like breathing techniques, nervous system resets, and creating boundaries that help you feel calmer and more in control. These little shifts can make a big difference in how your body feels and functions each day.

  • Rest is not lazy—it’s one of the most important forms of medicine you have. We’ll work on creating sleep rituals that actually help you drift off, reestablishing your natural rhythms, and finding small ways to truly let your body recover. This kind of intentional rest helps your cells repair and gives you the energy to do the things you love again.

  • Movement is not about pushing harder—it’s about supporting your body in safe and gentle ways as it regains strength. I’ll help you create routines with supportive exercise that rebuilds energy safely, encourages circulation, and helps you feel more connected to your body again. Together, we’ll find movement that feels good, not forced.

  • Your immune system is a big part of your recovery story. We’ll look at simple, natural ways to help it thrive—like spending time outdoors in sunlight, building habits that restore your energy, and reconnecting with nature. These aren’t complicated or extreme changes, but rather daily rhythms that help you feel stronger over time.

  • Healing is never one-size-fits-all. This is about learning how to truly listen to your body and honor what it needs in each season. Some days that might mean rest, other days gentle activity, and sometimes it’s just giving yourself permission to enjoy what brings you joy. Honoring your body is the heart of NOURISH, and I’ll be there to remind you that your needs matter.

Because of the deeply personalized and high-touch nature of the NOURISH program, I intentionally work with only a small number of women at a time.

This allows me to be fully present for you—to truly listen, thoughtfully guide, and support you in a way that feels consistent, attentive, and meaningful throughout your journey.
