Roasted Chickpeas

How to roast chickpeas….

1 can drained chickpeas

1 TB avocado oil

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 450.

Roll chickpeas on paper towels to dry thoroughly.

Toss chickpeas in bowl with avocado oil.

Roast for 30 minutes, shaking pan 1/2 through to redistribute chickpeas and roast evenly.

Pour roasted chickpeas back in bowl and toss with chili powder, smoked paprika and salt.

(If you add spice before baking they tend to get burnt)
