Tahini Miso Dressing

1/3 cup tahini

1/3 cup water

1 1/2 Tb white miso paste

1 1/2 Tb lemon juice

1 1/2 Tb apple cider vinegar

1 tsp maple syrup

1/2 Tb coconut aminos

1 clove minced garlic

Salt/pepper to taste.


Mix all ingredients in a food processor.

Can be used as dressing on salad, kale, roasted vegetables etc.
